Neuro Mentoring Matters was founded in 2023 with one mission in mind: create small mentorship pods in an effort to foster collaboration, facilitate connections, share experiences, promote learning, and encourage diversity of underrepresented minorities in neurosurgery. Pods consist of a premedical student, medical student, resident/fellow and an attending.
