Wellness and Mental Health Advocacy

Develop resources and programming dedicated to resident wellness and mental health, with a specific focus on addressing the unique pressures faced in neurosurgery.

This could involve peer support groups, access to mental health professionals, and workshops on work-life balance and resilience.

Resident Committee

Our Resident Committee is dedicated to empowering neurosurgery residents through intentional support, advocacy, and professional growth. This committee creates a nurturing environment that prioritizes mentorship, career development, and resident well-being.

Through quarterly check-ins, curated learning experiences, and community-building efforts, we ensure our resident members are equipped to thrive in every aspect of their journey.
